Question: How long does it take to ship out my order?
Answer: Our air dancers are made and ready in 4 to 6 business days. Two leg units can take a few days longer. Blimps and helium spheres are ready in just 3 to 7 days. Rooftop Hot Air Shapes can be ready in as little as 10 days. Costumes and customs are ready in 14 to 30 days. All times are based on date of artwork approval and allow for ground shipping.
Question: What is your warranty?
Answer: Our warranty varies depending on products. Fans and hardware all carry a minimum one year warranty. Air Dancers and Dancing Balloon Fly Guys have a 3 month full warranty and 6 month workmanship warranty. It is the strongest warranty in business. Our PVC helium products have a workmanship only warranty and our nylon helium products have a 1 year warranty. All cold air and rppftop balloons have a 1 year full warranty. We stand behind our products because we make them right.
Question: What form of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept business checks. Wire transfers only for overseas orders.
Question: Where are you located?
Answer: We are in Southern California, Orange county in the city of Santa Ana. All of our manufacturing is here and all products ship from here.
Question: Do I need a permit to use these?
Answer: That can vary depending on the city. Rarely do we encounter a customer who can not still make effective use of any of our products, even if some of them are restricted to a limited number of days per year or quarter. Often these limitations are not consecutive days allowing for many effective days of use. Also, in cities that say they do not allow certain inflatables, often they do not enforce these restrictions. It is often better to simply use your inflatable under any circumstances to boost your sales traffic and only rarely does a customer find they absolutely can not make use of them.
Question: Do you come and set it up?
Answer: No. All of our inflatables set up with ease and come with simple and comprehensive instructions. For rooftop installations you may consider locating a handy man to drill 4 1/2 inch eye hooks 20 FT out from the balloon in all directions and from there simply attach the tethers and inflate then adjust to stand straight. For air dancers and dancing balloons, simply bring out your fans each morning and turn them on. The fans only weigh 42 to 44 pounds and they have two handles and wheels fo easy use and storage at night. Blimps and inflate very easily and come pre-assembled. Simply fill them up and tie a very good knot. They can be left up for days or weeks at a time providing the wind is mild.
Question: Do the fans plug into an regular power outlet?
Answer: Yes. All of our fans (and we only use proven and reliable fans. Beware of poor fans sold by others). Our fans draw 5 to 6.5 watts each and two can run off of one normal outlet. Fans do draw a few amps more at start up so one two leg air dancer installations, start one fan at a time. The power consumption is between 500 to 750 watts depending on the product and you will not notice any significant increase in electrical costs.
Question: On rooftop balloons, do you keep the fan running all the time or do you just use them to inflate?
Answer: Yes. Rooftop balloons that we make are sewn together with heavy grade vinyl and are not air tight. They are kept inflated by a steady slow of air pressure. The fans are designed to run day and night for years.
Question: Can these be used in extreme cold or extremely hot temperatures?
Answer: Yes. All of our products will run fine regardless of temperature. Customer’s in high UV areas where the sun shines most of the year and desert states of the southwest USA will find a little shorter life span due to the excessive UV exposure from the sun. One needs only to look at lawn furniture after one summer season to see the damage the sun can do. All of our products are UV protected, but still, the sun will eventually be the sole reason for eventually needing replacement in the future.
Question: Can I run these in the rain?
Answer: All fan hardware manufacturing companies have the same policy that the warranty does not cover use in rain, but in practical application, we have found that use in light rain has never resulted in a fan failure. Of course keep the fan out of standing water and although we can not endorse rain use, we have never seen it to be a problem.|
Question: It is real windy where I am, can I still use your product?
Answer: Air Dancers will operate fine on windy days, but when winds exceed 15 mph, you will find the need to turn it off until the wind subsides. A pole can be inserted into the B-Air fan to hold the dancer up for use in wind prone areas. The pole is 6 FT and has a rubber ball on top to protect the fabric from the pole. The pole will keep the first 8 FT of your unit from falling down in windy conditions. Hot Air shaped rooftop balloons are made to withstand wind gust of up to 25 mph. In addition, we make our hot airs to exceed all other standards of balloons made by others and they will in fact withstand more wind than that, but the warranty stops at 25 mph. If the wind is blowing with gusts exceeding 25 mph (extreme wind), then simply turn off the blower and the tethers will safely hold it on the roof until you turn it back on. For blimps and sphere, to be safe, use on calm to light wind days. The blimps are designed to fly in gusts up to 23 mph, but do you really want to chance it. Always better to plan your blimp and sphere use around fair weather days and keep it to fly again.
